Set in the heart of this seaside town this charming cottage was built in the style of a fisherman’s cottage and is minutes away from the town centre and amenities.

The accommodation details are laid out over three floors; on the ground floor is an open plan living space with wooden floors and electric wood burner, Freeview Smart TV, DVD player and iPod dock. The dining area has a table and chairs and French doors leading to the courtyard. A well equipped kitchen area has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a separate WC with wash basin.

On the first floor is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, WC and wash basin, and a bunk bed room with shower over bath, and toilet. On the second floor is a bedroom with double bed and an en-suite shower room with WC and wash basin.

There is gas central heating, all utilities, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available.

Outside there is an enclosed courtyard with patio, garden furniture and BBQ, there is private parking for one car. N.B. There are steps from the courtyard to the patio.
